Police officer put their lives on the line every day. Unfortunately, there are times when officers make the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty for the state of New York. We want to make sure those officers who have Fallen are not Forgotten.

This week we salute Trooper Thomas L. Pryme. Trooper Pryme died at the age of 35 on July 24th, 1982 on Route 56 near the village of Potsdam.  Trooper Pryme had just completed his tour of duty and was returning to his residence when his vehicle was struck head-on by a van being operated by an intoxicated driver. Trooper Pryme was pinned in the vehicle and died at the scene.

Trooper Pryme, an eleven-year veteran, was assigned to SP Canton

If you know an officer who should be remembered in our 'Fallen But Not Forgotten' series email Don.Wagner@townsquaremedia.com.
