The week in ‘On The Record With Cindy,’ we talk about Paul McCartney, under the pseudonym of Percy "Thrills" Thrillington.

Paul McCartney released his second solo album 'Ram' in 1971 and also recorded an instrumental version, Thrillington under the name Percy 'Thrills' Thrillington.  Thrillington was supposed to be released at the same time as Ram, but was put on hold when Paul and Linda decided to start their band  'Wings.' It was forgotten about until 1977 when it was published with little fanfare. You wouldn't know Paul McCartney was involved unless you read the liner notes as that's the only place he's mentioned. The truth about McCartney's involvement until didn't come out until 1989 during a Rolling Stone interview.  The Thrillington album instantly tripled in value and is now a collector's item.
