Wanted for identity theft 3rd degree
CURTIS J. WEBB is wanted by the New York State Police after failing to appear in court on the above charge. His Bench Warrant was issued by the Town of Unadilla Court on August 15, 2016. Webb was originally arrested in October 2015 when he used a stolen debit card to make purchases in Unadilla.

Wanted for criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree
EMAD Y. BABIKER is wanted by the Community Narcotic Enforcement Team Hudson Valley and the State Police from Wappinger following an indictment warrant issued by the Dutchess County Court. The Dutchess County Court issued a warrant ordering Babiker’s arrest following an investigation into narcotic sales in the Fishkill area. Babiker’s last known address was in LaGrange, NY.

Wanted for criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd degree, criminal facilitation 4th degree, conspiracy 5th degree
Dashawn R. Duncan is wanted on Arrest Warrants issued from the City of Albany for the above charges. In April 2016, Duncan was involved in a fraudulent check scheme and personally possessed, deposited, and cashed fraudulent checks at a bank in Albany, NY. He may possibly have fled to New Jersey to avoid arrest.

JAMES HOUCK is wanted by the New York State Police on an arrest warrant issued June 14, 2017 from Lyonsdale Town Court. Houck is wanted for failure to appear in court on March 15, 2017 to answer for the charges of unlawfully taking 89 prescription pills from the complainant.

Raul Alarcon-Martinez was arrested after he unlawfully recorded fellow employees using a restroom at a local business. Alarcon-Martinez never showed to court to answer the charges and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest from the Ulster Town Court.

PHYLLIS L. MATTHEWS is wanted by the New York State Police on an arrest warrant for Scheme to Defraud and Petit Larceny. On August 26, 2013, Matthews was traveling on the New York State Thruway when she was involved in quick change money schemes at multiple service areas. Matthews may also go by the name Phyllis Freeman and has ties to Watervliet, Amsterdam, Watertown, and Utica, NY areas.

Kenneth M. Tyree is wanted by the New York State Police and the Peru Town Court for charges relative to a domestic dispute which occurred on October 2, 2016, in the town of Peru. Tyree damaged property belonging to the victim and stole the victim's cell phone. He may be in the Albany area.

Wanted for driving while intoxicated, traffic violations
Ismael Reyes is wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court for the above charges. In 2016, Reyes was stopped by troopers on the Southern State Parkway and was subsequently arrested on the above charges. Reyes was operating a black Honda at the time of his arrest. The defendant’s last known address is in Bronx, NY.

Everett Pina, from Greece, NY is wanted on a City of Rochester Bench Warrant for Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree. Everett was arrested after a traffic stop on Lake Avenue in the City of Rochester in January 2017.
