Dakota Ferry is wanted on a Town of Horseheads Bench Warrant for Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree. Ferry was arrested in January 2018, following an incident taking place in December 2017.

Jennifer L. Spaulding is wanted by the New York State Police on a bench warrant issued January 25, 2018 by Madison County Superior Court. Spaulding is wanted for failure to appear in court for the arraignment on a charge of violating a stay-away order of protection.

Owen Kilmer is wanted by the New York State Police and the town of Greenport Court stemming from an arrest in April of 2017. Kilmer failed to appear for court proceedings and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. Kilmer was known to previously reside in Philmont and is now believed to be in the Springfield, Massachusetts area.

David J. James is wanted for violation of his probation from Schenectady County from original charges stemming from a Department of Labor investigation in which he received unemployment benefits he was not entitled to receive. He has an additional warrant for failure to pay fines from a Petit Larceny arrest and another in Troy under an alias of James Hampton. His last known address was in the city of Schenectady.

Carmen Arlotta is wanted by the New York State Police and the town of Aurora Court on an active bench warrant issued March 8, 2017 for failing to appear for court. On August 29, 2016, Arlotta was stopped for a traffic violation and arrested for DWI.

Travis Thiel was arrested on the above listed charge after he received $2,400 to do a roofing job at a local residence. Thiel never started the work and did not return the money to the homeowner. He never returned to court to answer the charges and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. Thiel is also wanted by the Ulster County Sheriff's Office on separate charges.

During the course of the Trooper's investigation it was determined that Howard was intoxicated.
