Can a web site save someone's life? Apparently it can!  A Royal Oak, Michigan, man says a Facebook posting convinced him to donate a kidney to a man whose wife made the Internet plea. Ricky Cisco, 25, said he had never thought about donating an organ before but saw the Facebook plea for a live donor with type O blood and knew he had that blood type. her husband Jeff, born with a condition affecting his kidneys that had him hooked to a dialysis machine for many painful hours. Cisco, a Facebook friend of Roxy’s, replied about an hour after seeing the message, saying he wanted to talk more. He started performing research that night and quickly made the decision to donate the organ. The transplant was completed on March 30th. “The more you learn, the more you realize how feasible it is,” Cisco said. “It’s like someone dying of thirst and you’re sitting there with two glasses of water.”
