According to a new Australian study, people are struggling with withdrawal symptoms when they try to decrease their coffee intake. The study showed that young adults suffer worse.

Some of the symptoms of your coffee withdrawal includes :headaches, seizures, heart palpitations, problems with concentration, irritability, drowsiness, sleepiness, aching joints and diarrhea. What stinks is that the symptoms can last up to a week and get worse up to 48 hours later.
