Well, we've waited long enough for warmer temperatures, and it looks like Thursday could be a record breaker.

Right now the National Weather Service is calling for a high of 87 degrees on Thursday. We're expecting multiple fronts to move through the area and we may break the 90-degree record set back in 1962. With highs in the upper 80's and dew points in the lower 60's, the instability could cause some thunderstorms to move through our area. If we don't get the storms, then we may break the record high for the day.

Warmer temperatures are pleasant, but it's uncomfortable for some. Those with allergies know the tree pollen is high now and we're also experiencing ragweed and grass pollen, but Thursday's rain could bring some relief.
