Utica Declares Snow Emergency [UPDATED]

The City of Utica has declared a snow emergency which will go into effect at 10:00 Monday night..

UPDATED 9:24 a.m.- The Snow Emergency has been lifted.

All vehicles must be off the streets by 10:00 to facilitate safe passage for snow removal and emergency vehicles.  Any vehicles left on City roads after 10:00 are subject to ticketing and towing.

The advisory will remain in effect until further notice.
