Maybe your family is like mine in that once pasta is on the table, we cover it in cheese. My sister and I will usually duke it out for the parmesan cheese and we can go through it pretty fast. At least parmesan is pretty cheap. If we had to pay this next price for cheese, I don’t think I’d ever use more than a flake.
