There are cold pizza lovers out there, but for many Utica/Rome "Little Italy" purists if we don't eat it fresh out of the oven, the leftovers are as good as dead. Reheating it in the microwave doesn't do it justice and throwing it in the oven takes to long, so what are we to do?

How about this compromise: ever thought of reheating it ON the stove rather than in it? That's right, grab a frying pan (and cover) put the slice in it and throw it on a burner on medium heat (no need to preheat it!) A handful of minutes later and your pizza comes out with perfectly melted cheese and original crispiness, if not better!
