Potato Hill Farm and Trails has been a popular destination for school trips and outings. Now the facility will be open for the general public to enjoy, starting in August.

Potato Hill Farm and Trails is a part of the Black River Outdoor Education Program. Potato Hill features farm animals - including alpaca, cattle, Percheron horses, sheep, and goats - as well as miles of groomed trails suitable for running, walking, biking, and hiking. On Sundays, there are even horse drawn wagon rides. There are also bikes on loan on the weekend.

The facility is open weekends from 10am - 5pm until October 20th, and in weekdays in August from 8am - 3:30pm. From August 3, the facility will be open to the public. There is no charge to use the facility.

The setting is so serene, and also includes public bathroom facilities. It's the perfect destination for an active day with kids, or adults.
