New York Coronavrius Cases Top 20,000

Governor Andrew Cuomo says the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in New York has increased to 20,875.

He says 13 percent of those cases have required hospitalization.

Cuomo says the state has gone from 1,000 tests a day to 16,000 tests a day since March 13th.

The governor is also directing hospitals statewide to increase their capacity by at least 50 percent.
