Is Bigfoot Real? You Can Earn An Easy $10 Million If You Can Prove It!

That's right. So, if you've had a 'Sasquatch experience' or are looking for an excuse to scour the wilderness or maybe add a bigfoot head to your trophy room, Spike TV wants to put this age-old question to bed and will reward you handsomely for your irrefutable proof!

The men's channel is doing a 10-episode series scheduled for next fall called the 10 Million Dollar Bigfoot Bounty and this is definitely a show that has a single-season shelf life and the creators have designed it that way.

"No one has ever done anything like this before, and that's what I love about this show," said Tim Duffy, Spike TV's senior vice president. "We're going to do this right, not fast, and we're not going to do it purely for entertainment purposes. A lot of television networks and shows have exploited the possibility of the existence of Bigfoot. Of course, that's part of what we're doing with this show, but we want someone to be successful in season one -- that's the goal of our show. Nobody wants to watch another series of 10 or 13 episodes of television where nothing happens."

Animal Planet already has a Bigfoot show but the $10mil prize should put this show over the top and the people behind this series want to attract the best minds and most resourceful professionals to this gig, not just your random Bigfoot enthusiasts so this could have like a Jurassic Park feel to it, but lets hope that nobody gets eaten by this hairy monster cause then they couldn't enjoy their $10 million door prize! I'm not gonna be among the scientists and researchers but all of this Bigfoot talk makes me want to go rent out Harry and the Hendersons!
