Hung Jury In Kaitlyn Conley Murder Trial
Following nearly five days of deliberations, the jury in the murder trial of Kaitlyn Conley has failed to reach a verdict.
WUTR's Angie Pavlovsky reports Judge Michel Dwyer has declared a mistrial.
The jury had given the judge a note early in the day that said they would never be able to reach a unanimous verdict.
Pavlovsky says Conley was "all smiles" after the mistrial was declared.
The attorneys will return to court on June 2nd to determine what's next.
The 24-year old Conley was on trial for fatally poisoning her boss, chiropractor Mary Yoder, in July of 2015.
