Entertainment for the 2017 Boilermaker Post Race Party features a local all-star band and legendary disco diva Maxine Nightingale.

The Boilermaker Post Race Party is going big for the Boilermaker's 40th anniversary. Local favorite "Showtime" with their 'local legends band' that include members from Gridley Page, Classified and others will kick off the Boilermaker's Post Race Party on July 9th. They'll then hand the show over to Maxine Nightingale for a 30-minute set. Nightingale is best known for her hit songs recorded in the 1970s like "Right Back Where We Started From," "Love Hit Me," and "Lead Me On."

Tim Reed, Boilermaker President, says they like to focus on local and homegrown, and that includes our local musicians. "Sticking with the great music right here in our own backyard was an easy decision." Showtime and their all-star local legends band will perform before and after Nightingale's set.
