Flash Flood Watch For Oneida And Madison Counties
The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a Flash Flood Watch for Madison and Oneida Counties until 5:00 p.m.
A group of thunderstorms will move through the watch area, dropping heavy amounts of rain in a short time.
Rainfall rates exceeding an inch and a half per hour are possible with amounts totaling up to two inches.
With the wet ground and previous flooding, the area is especially vulnerable to flooding, so a Flash Flood Watch has been issued.
