Staying one hundred percent hydrated has always been difficult for me. I really do try to drink more water and stay super hydrated, but I always tend to go for drinks that work against hydration. Here are some tips to stay hydrated during the summer months.
Dehydration will show itself in a number of ways, from cramps, headaches, itchy skin, lightheadedness, and the list goes on. The foods we eat also play a role in our level of hydration. While there's no precise number of ounces of water we should drink eat each, but it's recommended that people drink anywhere from 100 to 128 ounces (1 gallon) each day.
Drinking water should be part of your daily routine, and should not be a talk that is hard to do. Here are some tips for staying hydrated during extreme heat.
