Derek Jeter’s Winning Last Hit At Yankee Stadium [VIDEO]

Could the story been written any better? As I watched the Yankees last home game of the season Thursday night, Derek Jeter had a dramatic finish. Coming up to bat in a tie game in the bottom of the 9th, Jeter hit a walk off single, driving in the winning run over the Orioles as his last at bat at Yankee Stadium. A perfect ending to a magnificent career as a Yankee.

"Out of respect for the Red Sox, their fans and the rivalry, I'm going to DH," Jeter said after driving in the game-winning run in the Yankees' 6-5 victory over the Orioles."
