Oswego Speedway

Oswego Speedway Hall Of  Famer Doug Didero will return to the Supermodified competition for the first time since 2009 for the Independence Weekend Grand Prix.

The day of racing includes the 75-lap Supermodifeds and the 35 lap SBS races. This Saturday, June 30th the Pts open at 3 pm. the grandstand opens at 4:30 Heat racing begins at 6:45 p.m.

Adults tickets start at $17. Children 16 and under are free with paid adult and active military are free with I.D.

Munson-Williams-Proctor-Institute

Here is a great freebie, the Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Festival, started Tuesday and runs until July 1st. among the highlights is the Sidewalk Art Show with 250 works of art on display, as well as live music, crafts, and a classic car cruise-in. The Arts Institute is open every day during the festival from 10 am to 9 pm daily and admission is free.
