The New York Department of Environmental Conservation is expecting temperatures to reach between -15 degrees and -25 degrees on Wednesday, and temperatures are expected to drop even further Thursday. That's not even including the Wind Chill:

The temperatures will be even worse on high-mountain summits, the surface of water and other open areas. For example, the summit of Mt. Marcy will be -13 degrees Fahrenheit at mid-day Wednesday with winds reaching 32 mph and wind chill reaching -43 degrees Fahrenheit, according to the National Weather Service."

New York Upstate reminds you to take precautions to avoid hypothermia and frostbite.
