Western New York Home Has Epic Synchronized Holiday Light Show
'Tis the season for epic light shows, and there are so many right here in New York to get you in the holiday spirit.
One home in Western New York is worth taking the trip to, just to sneak a peek at its beautiful holiday light show, synchronized to tunes of the holiday season.
TikTok account @stepoutbuffalo shared drone footage of the East Aurora home's show, as lights in front of, on and behind the house blink on and off erratically to Trans-Siberian Orchestra's "Nutrocker."
Unlike most holiday light shows, this home is not bright and colorful with hues of blues, pinks and purples, or even reds and greens. Instead, the homeowners stuck to white lights, making the home stick out that much more against the dark of the night.
If you want to plan a little COVID-safe road trip to check out these lights before the holiday season is over, you can find this home at 1840 Boies Road in East Aurora, New York, just over three hours west of Utica.
However, if you want to stay more local this year while checking out cool Christmas light displays, you have to swing by the Rapke home in Chadwicks. After seeing the countless light strands on this house and hearing about all of the hours of hard work put into it, it's hard not to call this a true Clark Griswold home.
You can drive by the Rapke's home at 205 Florence Court in Chadwicks, New York.
