If you‘re looking for ways to be a little happier, why not eat some vegetables? Drop the meat, and pick up the green!

New research shows that meat and fish are higher in arachidonic acid (AA for short). Too much AA can cause mood-disturbing changes in your brain. Sounds a little weird but it’s true.

Researchers divided people into 3 groups: group one at meat, fish and poultry every day, group two ate fish 3-4 times a week and group 3 ate no meat. When the study was over, the vegetarians were by far the happiest and least stressed out.

I’d rather be a little depressed and eat my steak!
