Utica Woman Charged With Strangling Nine Year Old Child

A Utica woman has been arrested for allegedly choking a nine-year old child last October at the Gilmore Village Apartments.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says 33-year old Heather Hajdasz is charged with strangulation.

The investigation is continuing and investigators say additional charges are possible.

The victim has been offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center.
