Utica Police Investigating Homicide On Howard Avenue

Utica Police are investigating the city's latest homicide.

Police say a man was shot several times on the 1600 block of Howard Avenue around 11:00 Friday night.

The man was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
