Imagine 2500 gallons of cream in one place?  That's how much wound up in Planter Brook in Delaware County after a dairy truck overturned on Wednesday.

According to the Post Standard, the tanker truck's driver lost control and the tractor trailer overturned on the bank of the creek.  That's when about 2500 gallons of the cream spilled into the water.

The driver was charged with speeding, unsafe lane change and failure to keep right. Local fire departments along with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation's Haz-Mat team were called to the creek for clean-up.
