Three Central New York Asian Restaurants Make ‘Top 20′ List

Kudos to Central New York sushi.

A recent article in NewYorkUpstate.com identified the top Japanese restaurants in Upstate New York, and three Syracuse establishments landed on the list. The criteria came from information on Yelp and involved diner ratings, longevity of the restaurant, and other factors. These three restaurants received high marks, with two of them landing among the top three on the list:

#15 - Mitsuba Ramen Noodle, 3206 Erie Blvd E, Syracuse, NY 13214

#3 - Yamasho Sushi Steakhouse, 4713 Onondaga Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13219

#2 - Asuka Grill & Sushi Bar, 8417 Oswego Rd, Liverpool, NY 13027

There are also great Asian restaurants in the Mohawk Valley that escaped proper credit, like Red Samurai, Mitsuba and Sumo.
