It's no secret that hospital food isn't the best - so it's not surprise that a teenage patient was craving pizza. How he ended up with some is another story.

According to Spectrum News, Cole Favro wrote a request for pizza on his hospital window at the Golisano Children's Hospital in Rochester, NY - and he got some. In fact, he got quite a lot of pizza.

Cole has been in and out of hospitals his whole life, after being diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. Now that he's 18, he's "graduating" from the children's hospital - so his message requesting pizza was Cole's equivalent of a senior prank.

Cole told Spectrum News that it felt good to know the community was looking out for him. He received over a dozen pizzas.
