Teen Killed at ‘Mountain Madness,’ Off Road Event in New York

Tragedy struck at Mountain Madness, an off road event in New York when a teen was killed.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's were called for a vehicle rollover in Esperance, New York June, 15. "A female passenger was partial ejected and pinned underneath."

Several people helped pull 19 year-old Katie Falgiano free before emergency crews arrived on the scene. She was flown to Albany Medical Center but "suffered fatal injuries during the incident and was pronounced deceased at the hospital."

The incident is still under investigation.
