Well, another Super Sunday has come and gone.  So how much did you eat?  We always associate the big game with big eating.  We probably consume more during this 4 hour game than we do during any holiday throughout the year, and probably even more than a couple of them combined.  Crazy, huh?  “Aw, it’s the super bowl.  Diets are out the window today.”

Remember earlier this year when we were extremely excited for a Buffalo Wild Wings to open in Sangertown Square Mall? Well, it looks like something has changed in their plans because we DONT have one.

Out of all five foods on our list so far, this one had the most even vote spread over most of the competitors, but still a single wings place rose to the top according to your fingers anyway.

We're curious which wings spot will rise to the top after a week of voting for the Best of Utica!

We now know the best riggies, greens, tomato pie and pizza, but there are two Little Italy staples left that we think MUST be voted on: wings and of course canolis!

Our friends over at Thrillist recently came up with a list of "unofficial comfort foods" for every state in America. Guess what they named for New York? Your favorite bar snack: Buffalo Wings.

On this momentous day , the birthday of the super sloppy but super scrumptious Buffalo chicken wing, one simple question enters my mind: Who has the best wings in the entire area?

Driving down Seneca Turnpike today the marquee sign at McDonald's caught my eye, "Try our Mighty Wings." So I did.

Ever wondered this? And the funny thing is so many of us are avid chicken wing eaters but few really KNOW how to do it! We're collectively gonna put away over a billion of these babies this Super Bowl Sunday, and being that they're even more expensive this year, let's learn how to EASILY get every shred of meat off the bone!
