Watch Dogs Strut Their Stuff At Susquehanna SPCA ‘Ultimate Dog Show’
I find one of the best forms of entertainment my dog. She makes me laugh every day with her seemingly silly expressions, actions, and overall lovable nature. Let's face it, dogs are fun! If you feel the same way I do about dogs then you'll want to come out to the Susquehanna SPCA's "Ultimate Dog Show" this Saturday, June 18 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, with the dog show beginning at 11:00 am.
One thing you can be assured of is that The Ultimate Dog Show is not serious like the West Minster Dog Show. This is all about funny and adorable pets. No skills required, just a cute mug. If your dog is a diva or just loves LOTS of attention (like my dog), then you can still sign up your four-legged friend. The deadline to enter has been extended to June 16. Register your furry cutie at SQSPCA.org.
The cost is $15 per class and includes a bandana for your dog. Money raised will benefit the SQSPCA and the Cooperstown Rotary Club.
For anyone who wants to come out and enjoy this free and fun entertainment, there will be vendors, food trucks (yum!), children's activities, and more. I am excited to get a front-row seat to the Ultimate Dog Show as the emcee for it but considering that the front lawn at SQSPCA is big, there's plenty of room for everyone to see the action. Just make sure you bring a lawn chair so that you can hang out for a while and get plenty of enjoyment from the day.
