While Harrison Ford is doing his best to stay quiet about 'Star Wars: Episode 7,' Carrie Fisher (the first to spill the beans about returning for Disney's 'Star Wars' sequels) is still talking. The actress was at the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo over the weekend and had plenty to say about 'Star Wars: Episode 7' including why Disney is sending people to her house on a regular basis.

Fisher spoke to the assembled crowd of 'Star Wars' fanboys and apparently didn't get the same memo Harrison Ford did about keeping all things 'Star Wars' on the DL (good luck with this one, J.J. Abrams). The actress continued to talk about returning as Princess Leia in the upcoming sequels, including her training regimen to get back in fighting shape. According to the Calgary Herald, Fisher said:

I’m glad they are doing a new movie because they are sending a trainer to my house so I can get in really good shape. So I’m really eating a lot of sugar in advance, as you can see. By the time I really get down to it I will have eaten everything.

While you shouldn't expect to see Fisher back in the old metal bikini, getting in shape with trainers might indicate a role for Princess Leia in the upcoming films that isn't just sitting around at a table. Could be that Leia can still kick ass with Luke, Han, Chewie and the rest of them.

In the books (a possible inspiration for the new movies), Leia and Han have three children - Jacen, Jaini and Anakin - and it's their story that many have rumored will be the major storyline of 'Star Wars: Episode 7' and beyond.

A formal announcement on the return of Fisher, Ford and Mark Hamill is forthcoming and will likely take place at either Comic-Con 2013 or Disney's D23 Expo.
