Rome Rescue Mission Invites You To ‘Strike Out’ For Hunger

How about some bowling?  Time to lace up your shoes and invite family and friends to King Pin Lanes in Rome.  Rome Rescue Mission is looking for teams of 4 to 5 persons to compete on Saturday, September 24th.

"Strike Out for Hunger" will help the Rome Rescue Mission continue to provide food, shelter and clothing to those in need.  It will be a fun day for the entire family.  There'll be 2 sessions.  The first is from 11 'til 1, the second from 1:30 'til 3:30.  Registration begins 2 hours before each session.

The entry fee is $25 per person and includes pizza, soda, prizes and more.  Each bowler gets a $10 Edible Arrangements gift card too.  You can raise additional money by asking family and friends for pledges.

Other prizes for the first annual "Strike Out for Hunger" include a Holiday Inn overnight room package for two with dinner and breakfast at the Moose River, movie tickets, and  a pizza and bowling party at King Pin Lanes.
