Power Outage in Marcy Takes Radio Stations Off The Air

A split second power outage on River Road in Macy takes local radio stations off the air. 

Maynard Fire Officials say they are still investing the power outage as well as smoke at G&K Services. It's unclear at this point whether the power outage caused the smoke at G&K or the smoke caused the power outage.

All employees at G&K were safely evacuated with no injuries reported. Townsquare Media Radio Stations 96.1 The Eagle, Lite 98.7, Big Frog 104 and WIBX were down for 10 - 30 minutes but are now back on the air.
