Look Who’s Expanding At Sangertown And When Is Boscov’s Opening?

Sangertown Square has announced the remodel and expansion of Bath & Body Works, and when to start looking for the Grand Opening of Boscov's. 

Due to the expansion and remodeling of Bath and Body Works the store will be found in the JC Penny wing starting in June. It's expected to take several months before they reopen in their new home next to Charlotte Russe in the Macy's wing for the holidays. They'll open with their "store within a store" concept to include White Barn Candle Co.

As for Boscov's, they're hoping for an October Grand Opening celebration in the former Sears location at Sangertown. They carry everything for your home, as well as clothing, accessories, jewelry and more.

For those not familiar with Boscov's Department Store, it started with a man's dream and a little corner store in downtown Reading, Pennsylvania in 1918. Boscov’s is now America’s largest family-owned Department Store, with 43 locations across six states and soon, we'll have our own here in Utica.

Boscov's is very involved in the community. They support various non-profit organizations, community events, and hold fundraisers including food and clothing drives, bake sales and more. Boscov’s largest events are “Friends Helping Friends,” a special day filled with fun and fundraising to benefit area non-profit organizations.
