Look Inside New Dollar General In West Winfield

The Dollar General is officially open seven days a week in West Winfield.

The former Great American, now Dollar General, has been revamped, and there's a new parking lot. Unofficially, it looks like the contractor's gutted the building and started over. Lou Pappan from M & M properties, told West Winfield Mayor Andy Bryce, that there would be all new electrical, plumbing and more.

As you can tell from the photos there are tons of coolers and the store is loaded with everything from shampoo, diapers, garbage bags, candy, chips, milk, frozen food, and more.

In May 2019,  we were told by West Winfield officials that a Dollar General 'Plus,' which features fresh produce, meat, milk, and more was officially opening, but at this time it doesn't look like that's the direction the store is going in, but hey, they JUST opened.

Dollar General is now open 7 days a week from 8 am - 10 pm.
