He doesn't deserve the applause. Talk about fame and fortune going to your head. Does he always act like this? If so then how does he have any fans?

NASCAR fans are the most loyal people you will ever meet. They use all their vacation days to go to the races. They spend a ton of money at the races. They buy lots of food, beer and memorabilia at the races. The drivers would be nothing if they didn't have a fan base. It's awful how this little boy asking for a autograph gets treated.

Before I saw this I had no feeling one way or another about Jeff Gordon. I can't say that now. I also don't know if this is typical behavior for him. Talk about fame and fortune going to your head. I wonder if the little kid still idolizes him.
