I guess I thought I knew what I was doing all this time, but apparently not.  Boil the noodles, drain, then add desired sauce, right?  Nope. Draining and rinsing does nothing but wash away valuable starches that make the past silky and tasty.  Shame on me for doing it wrong all of these years.  Take a look at the video and see if you have been doing it wrong too.
