WARNING: This video is very graphic and posted as "age restricted" on YouTube. There was a horrific accident this weekend at the "Color Day Asia" event in Taipei.  In the video, you can see a powder substance (Holi powder) being sprayed on the audience.  The powder is supposed to react with sweat and leave paint-like color all over, just like in the "color runs".  However, something goes horribly wrong and the powder ignites, burning hundreds of people.  There are conflicting reports of what caused it to ignite - poorly timed pyrotechnics or hot lights.  One report (from the DancingAstronaut) says more than 200 hundred were burned, 80 with serious injuries.  Another report (from the Conservative Tree House) says more than 500 were burned.  Again, this is a horrific video.

Have there been more terrible accidents like this than ever before?
