How To Make Chipotle’s Guacamole

You may pay more for guacamole because of the drought in California where 80% of avocados come from. It takes 72 gallons of water to grow a pound of avocados. The drought is slightly increasing prices. Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with your own guacamole. Chipotle revealed their home made recipe.

Chipotle Guacamole

2 ripe Hass avocados
2 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
1/2 jalapeño, including seeds (finely chopped)
1/4 tsp kosher salt
