Help Utica Police Return Headstone to Rightful Resting Place

UPDATE: 5/10/18 at 12:53  The City of Utica Police Department has found the family of the deceased and the headstone for Angela Morelli has been turned over to the grandchildren.

A headstone has been turned into the Utica Police Department, but they need your help in finding it's rightful resting place.

On May 9th the pictured tombstone was turned over to the Utica Police Department after it was brought to a local recycling facility. The information on the headstone reads;
