Help Find This Missing 16 Year Old Girl
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children needs your help in finding this missing teen.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is asking for the public's help in locating Philomena Rocco. She's been missing since December 30.
Philomena is 16 years old, 5'4", 180 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.
