It'll cost you a little more for the convenience of Hannaford To Go.

A ban on plastic bags in New York, that takes affect March 1, has many businesses adding paper bag fees. Customers can bring their own reusable bags to avoid addition fees but that doesn't work for Hannafor To Go. The grocery chain announced it will charge 5 cents per bag statewide, including for the Hannaford To Go service.

"To minimize the impact to our customers, Hannaford To Go associates will take actions to minimize the amount of bags used for your order."

If you hate grocery shopping as much as I do, you'll pay almost any amount to have someone else shop for you AND bring it to your car.
