First Source Federal Credit Union Closes Lobbies

First Source is joining GPO and Rome Teachers Federal Credit Unions, closing all branch lobbies.

First Source Federal Credit Union closed lobbies in New Hartford, North Utica, South Utica, Rome and Herkimer. Drive thru hours will be extended to help customers.

New Hartford
Monday–Friday – 8:00am–6:00pm
Saturday – 9:00am–1:00pm

South Utica
Monday–Friday – 8:00am–6:00pm
Saturday – 9:00am–1:00pm

Herkimer
Monday–Friday – 8:00am–6:00pm
Saturday – 9:00am–1:00pm

Rome
Monday–Friday – 8:00am–6:00pm
Saturday – 9:00am–1:00pm

The Member Care Call Center will also have extended hours. Call 315-735-8571 or 800-735-8571 Monday–Friday from 8:00am–6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am–1:00pm.
