It looks like today could be the day that the Oneonta Norway Spruce gets cut down.

The Norway Spruce will be cut down starting at 8am November 10 and will take several hours. Here are some new photos.

NBC reports the tree will be cut down on November 10 and will arrive in midtown Manhattan on November 12, but it looks like she's all wrapped up and ready to go today. They worked through the weekend and seemed to be ahead of schedule.

It took about a week to carefully smoothed all the limbs together and wrap them up to keep her as healthy and fresh as possible for the 2-day trek to Rockefeller Center. At times there were three men inside the tree lifting up her branches.

The owners of the Norway Spruce at 72 Country Club Road in Oneonta N.Y. are Angie and Graig Eichler and they’re not allowed to talk to the media until the tree is cut down. Friends of the family are keeping us up to date on the progress.

The 84th Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting tree lighting ceremony is free and open to the public on a first come, first served basis at 30 Rockefeller Plaza New York, New York. The 2016 tree from Oneonta will be lit for the first time on Wednesday, November 30 at Rockefeller Plaza. The tree will remain lit and on display on the plaza between West 48th and 51st Streets and Fifth and Sixth Avenues until 9 pm on January 7.

Special thanks to Thomas Romanelli of Oneonta for providing the photos and video.
