There are plenty of things to do during September in central New York, and this weekend, it's the Madison County Historical Society "50th Annual Craft Days". Here's what it's all about.

Check out the details according to mchs1900.org:

"Madison County Historical Society’s 50th Annual Craft Days September 6 & 7, 2014.

In its 50th year the weekend event features 96 juried crafters and 7 food vendors. We have so many talented craft artisans at the show that visitors will be lots of beautiful handmade items to choose from to purchase. Watch as some crafters demonstrate their artistry twice each day at 11 am- 12 pm and again from 1pm- 2:00 pm, so stop and chat with them about their skilled artistry. Our talented artisans in this year’s show are from all over New York State and Pennsylvania and will be selling and displaying their decorative paintings, fiber arts, floral, glass fused creations, jewelry, painting and drawings, photography, candles, skin care products, soap, pottery, woodworking, mixed media, pet products, fudge, honey, an array of maple products and jams and jellies and more!

The 50th Annual Craft Days is on Saturday, September 6, 10 am-5 pm and on Sunday, September 7, 10 am- 4 pm at the Madison County Historical Society in Oneida.

Admission is $4 for adults, children 12 and under are free. The society is once again offering a weekend pass for $6. There is a free park and ride shuttle at the Glenwood Plaza on route 46 in Oneida.
