The state's Health Department created a list of supposedly risky recreational activities (like archery, scuba and horseback riding) back in 2009. But the list has grown and now includes such scary pursuits as Wiffle Ball, Capture The Flag, and Red Rover. The activities aren't banned outright, but they can only be offered at locations that have a medical staff on-site. What parks have this? New York State is a complete party-pooper, Frisbee on the list of "safe" pastimes. Frisbees could hit a kid in the eye and cause blindness! How is that safe?
