Coolest Snowman. Ever. [VIDEO]

This is one of the only acceptable uses for all this snow. Check out this video from CBS 6 in Albany of a snowman so big, they used a traffic cone for the nose!
It may not be a record breaker, but this HUGE snowman sure is a sight to see!
