A Clay man bought a New York Lottery scratch-off game in Liverpool on Easter Sunday and is now a millionaire

In celebration of its 50th anniversary, the New York Lottery offered a cash prize of $10,000,000. The winning $30.00 scratch-off ticket was purchased at Stewart's Shop on Morgan Road in Liverpool. The winner's name has not been released but will receive an oversized check for the ten million dollars at that location on Thursday. Syracuse.com reports the odds of winning the $10,000,000 cash ticket was 1 in 3,312,480.
