Check Your Quarters, You May Be Holding Onto A Fortune

I've been through many many quarters in my lifetime.  Mostly because I'm an 80s child and I've certainly dumped my fair share of quarters into the arcades.  Hey, I had Pac Man fever just like a lot of other people.  Chances are, I had a quarter in my pocket that could be worth a fortune.  I'll never know.

According to goodhousekeeping.com,  there were a few quarters that were minted in 1970, that were actually printed over 1941 Canadian half dollars, therefore, there is a small printing of "1941" just above the word dollar on the back of the coin.

Starting digging into your change jars, people on Ebay are paying upwards of $35,000 per coin for these.  If you do hit big with one or more of these quarters, just remember who turned  you onto them.
