If you see mint green Irish milk coming from Byrne Dairy's Oneida Street fresh milk plant you know it's almost St. Patrick's Day. The plant has been producing Irish green milk every year since 1976.

The Dairy started producing green mike February 20th and plans to produce 8500 gallons of green milk until March 14th. Byrne Dairy starts getting calls as soon as January asking when the green milk will be coming out.

Byrne Dairy recently went through leadership as Fred Sadeghi, the new CEO for Byrne Dairy and a former Starbuck's Coca-Cola engineering director, plans to roll out more products in the future, including more milk themes for the different holidays.
